Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the import and export operations of sea shipments, docking domestic customers and foreign agents.
2. Handle daily cargo tracking services, and coordinate any issue from the order receipt till shipments arrived destination;
3. Deal with various problems during shipment process in time and maintain customer relations;
4. Sorting and complete documents.
5. Handle nominated cargo operation issue.
6. Provide customers with high-quality operation services.
7. Deal with customer complaints, disputes case and any other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, passing CET-4 or above is preferred; shipping-related major is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of working experience in shipping or forwarder company.
3. Be self-motivated, familiar with business processes, and reach constantly improvement ;
4. Proficiency in using office software;
5. Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork conception, and psychological endurance.
