Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain existing clients, collect market rates, provide quotations and secure cargo bookings. Arrange cargo transportation by coordinating with factories,
shipping lines, and first-class freight forwarders based on customer orders.
2. Regularly review order status, track cargo movement in real time, and provide timely feedback to customers.
3. Promptly resolve issues arising during transportation to ensure safe and on-time delivery of goods to overseas destinations.
4. Develop and expand overseas agent networks via telephone, email, online platforms and other communication tools.
5. Train new team members through sharing, coaching and practical exercises, helping them become familiar with the entire logistics chain and enabling them
to work independently.
6. Follow management arrangements, align with corporate culture, maintain effective cross-departmental communication, and coordinate with other departments
to achieve company goals.
This position focuses on business development and team leadership.

Job Requirements:
1. College diploma or above; International Trade, Logistics, English or related majors preferred. Proficient in English with fluent oral skills; CET-4 or higher required.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry, with team management experience.
3. Hard-working, proactive, motivated, willing to pursue high income, and able to work under pressure.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, professional attitude, and excellent learning ability.
5. Committed to long-term career development in the logistics industry.

Salary & Benefits:
Unconditional base salary + Team Sales Commission + Regional bonus.
The final salary package is negotiable based on individual qualifications and experience.
Working hours: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
Lunch break: 12:30 – 14:00 (1.5 hours)
Days off: weekends off, legal holidays, paid annual leave of 7–15 days (Unused annual leave can be converted into salary before year-end settlement), paid sick leave.
