Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist sales specialists in communicating with domestic and international clients, accepting ocean freight forwarding instructions, accurately recording client requirements,
contacting domestic factories and exporters to confirm cargo details, and arranging subsequent shipping space booking and other transportation arrangements.
2. Track cargo transportation status in real time and provide timely updates to clients.
3. Learn and master professional knowledge of all links in the complete logistics chain from factory warehouses to overseas destination ports.
4. Follow up on issues during cargo transportation, respond and resolve problems promptly to ensure safe and on-time arrival and delivery of goods.
5. Learn from Overseas BD Executive and Overseas Sales Manager on maintaining existing clients; collect market pricing information and develop overseas agent networks via telephone,
email, online platforms and other communication tools.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; International Trade, Logistics, English or related majors preferred. CET-4 or higher is mandatory; English must be usable as a working language.
2. Hard-working, motivated, proactive, willing to pursue high income, and able to work under pressure.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, professional attitude, and fast learning ability.
4. Aspiring to develop a long-term career in the logistics industry.
5. Logistics-related experience is preferred but not required.

Salary & Benefits:

Working hours: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
Lunch break: 12:30 – 14:00 (1.5 hours)
